Paul Simpson is the Commercial Director at Recticel Insulation. Paul has over 30 years’ experience in the insulation and construction industries. Based in Stoke-on-Trent at a state-of-the-art facility, Recticel Insulation are part of the Recticel Group, one of the world’s largest producers of PIR products.
Energy efficiency has long been recognised as the most cost-effective way to meet all of the goals of energy policy. We have seen the SEA develop in recent years to become a very effective and constructive voice for a fabric-first approach to energy policy.
