Policy Advisor

Alex is a Policy Advisor at the Sustainable Energy Association (SEA), where his responsibilities include writing policy papers and drafting consultation responses. He also serves as an advisor for SEA members, acting as a key point of contact for policy advice and ongoing support across the policy and regulatory environment.

In addition to his role at the SEA, Alex works as a Policy and Insight Analyst at Gemserv. His client work and experience at Gemserv complement his role at the SEA, providing the necessary capabilities to effectively represent SEA’s diverse membership.

Alex holds a BA (Hons) in Politics and International Relations from the University of Nottingham and an MSc (Hons) in Environmental Sustainability from the University of Edinburgh. During his MSc, he focused on corporate sustainability, decarbonisation of the built environment, and climate change policy.
